The Website is operated by Buckner for Senate 2026, a U.S. federal political campaign committee organized as a 527 political organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Campaign Contributions

By making a contribution through this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are a United States citizen or a lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
  • You are making this contribution with your own personal funds, not those of another person or entity
  • You are not a federal contractor
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The contribution is not from a corporation, labor union, national bank, or foreign national

Contributions are not tax deductible. The maximum an individual may contribute is $3,300 per election. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. All donations are processed through WinRed, a third-party payment processor.
